摘要

本文总结1例脾胃虚寒证患者基于“子午流注”理论的中医特色护理经验。遵循子午流注时辰规律，先以砭石疗法行腹部穴位点按，继以中药膏剂为介质，用加热砭石循腹按揉以促进药物吸收；随后予任脉铺灸温通中焦，配合综合护理干预，可有效缓解患者胃脘隐痛、畏寒肢冷等不适症状，改善身心状态，提升生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing experience for a case of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold syndrome based on the "Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow" theory. Following the circadian rhythm of the theory， Bian stone therapy was first applied to acupoint stimulation on the abdomen， followed by heated Bian stone kneading with herbal ointment to enhance drug absorption. Subsequently， moxibustion spreading along the Conception Vessel （Ren Mai） was performed to warm and unblock the middle energizer， combined with comprehensive nursing interventions. These methods effectively alleviated the patient's symptoms， such as dull epigastric pain， cold intolerance， and cold limbs， while improving physical-mental well-being and quality of life.
