摘要

本文报告1例72岁2型糖尿病合并肩周疼痛女性患者的护理经验。在维持患者原有口服降糖药治疗的基础上，联合应用耳穴压豆与火龙罐技术，同时配合饮食调控、功能锻炼等多方面干预措施。经治疗后，患者肩周疼痛症状缓解，肩关节功能改善，血糖水平得到有效控制。上述两种中医特色技术操作简便、安全性高，具有较高的临床推广应用价值。

Abstract

This paper reports the nursing experience of a 72-year-old female patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） complicated by shoulder pain. While maintaining the patient's original oral hypoglycemic regimen， auricular acupressure combined with Fire Dragon cupping therapy was applied， alongside dietary regulation， functional exercise， and other multifaceted interventions. Following treatment， the patient's shoulder pain was alleviated， shoulder joint function was improved， and blood glucose levels were effectively controlled. The above two characteristic traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） techniques are simple， safe， and hold considerable value for widespread clinical application.
