摘要

本文总结中药热奄包联合耳穴疗法治疗1例2型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的护理体会。护理要点为在常规护理基础上，基于中医辨证施护，实施中药热奄包及耳穴疗法等中医护理技术，通过调节血糖改善患者胃肠不适症状，促进胃肠蠕动、恢复胃动力。经12 d治疗，患者病情得到有效控制。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of treating one patient with type 2 diabetic gastroparesis using Chinese herbal hot compress combined with auricular acupoint therapy. The key nursing points involved the application of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing techniques， including Chinese herbal hot compress and auricular acupoint therapy， on the basis of routine nursing care and guided by TCM syndrome differentiation. These interventions improved the patient's gastrointestinal discomfort by regulating blood glucose， promoting gastrointestinal peristalsis， and restoring gastric motility. After 12 days of treatment， the patient's condition was effectively controlled.
