摘要

本文总结1例寒湿瘀滞型腰痛患者采用火龙罐联合中药湿热敷疗法的护理经验，运用中医辨证施护理论为患者实施火龙罐联合中药湿热敷治疗，并配合情志护理、健康宣教等常规护理措施，以减轻患者腰痛症状、缓解焦虑情绪、提高生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with lumbago due to cold-dampness stagnation using Fire Dragon Cupping combined with herbal hot compress therapy. Guided by the theory of syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing， the patient received integrated interventions including Fire Dragon Cupping and herbal hot compress， supplemented with conventional nursing measures such as emotional care and health education. The combined approach effectively alleviated the patient's lumbago symptoms， reduced anxiety， and improved quality of life.
