摘要

目的

探讨中医护理技术对早产儿便秘伴腹胀患儿临床症状的影响。

方法

选取1例胎龄29

周的便秘伴腹胀早产儿，应用小儿推拿技术进行干预，观察患儿症状改善情况及临床疗效。

结果

经连续10 d小儿推拿干预后，患儿可每日自行排便，便型正常，腹胀缓解，体重增长满意。

结论

小儿推拿治疗早产儿便秘伴腹胀效果显著，无不良反应，有助于患儿肠道功能恢复，具有临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective

To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing techniques on clinical symptoms in a preterm infant with constipation and abdominal distension.

Methods

A preterm infant （gestational age 29+3 weeks） presenting with constipation and abdominal distension was treated with pediatric Tuina （Chinese therapeutic massage） intervention. Symptomatic improvement and clinical efficacy were observed.

Results

After 10 consecutive days of Tuina therapy， the infant achieved daily spontaneous defecation with normal stool consistency， resolution of abdominal distension， and satisfactory weight gain.

Conclusion

Pediatric Tuina demonstrates significant efficacy in managing constipation and abdominal distension in preterm infants without adverse effects， promoting intestinal function recovery， and holds clinical value for broader application.
