摘要

本文总结1例肝癌晚期伴高钾血症心脏骤停复苏患者的中西医结合护理经验。患者病情危重，合并心脏骤停后综合征、心律失常、严重电解质紊乱及多器官损伤。护理过程中，在实施高级生命支持、严密监护、用药与感染防控等西医干预的基础上，配合五音疗法、语言安抚等情志护理，内关、足三里穴位按摩，中药口腔护理及辨证膳食指导。经中西医协同护理，患者成功脱机，意识清醒，生命体征平稳，心理状态改善，表明中西医结合护理对急危重症的救治康复具备协同作用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrated Chinese and Western medicine applied to a patient with advanced liver cancer complicated by hyperkalemia and cardiac arrest following successful resuscitation. The patient was in critical condition， presenting with post-cardiac arrest syndrome， arrhythmia， severe electrolyte imbalance， and multiple organ dysfunction. In addition to Western medicine interventions encompassing advanced life support， intensive monitoring， pharmacological management， and infection prevention and control， the nursing protocol incorporated emotional care through the five-tone music therapy and verbal reassurance， acupoint massage at Neiguan and Zusanli， oral care with Chinese herbal solution， and dietary guidance based on syndrome differentiation. Through the synergistic application of Chinese and Western medicine nursing interventions， the patient was successfully weaned from mechanical ventilation， regained consciousness， achieved stable vital signs， and demonstrated improved psychological status. These findings indicate that integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing care exerts a synergistic effect in the treatment and rehabilitation of acute and critical illnesses.
