摘要

本文探讨案例教学法在“手法排痰”中医护理技术教学中的应用效果。以肺炎喘嗽、痰热壅肺证患儿的真实护理案例为教学载体，设置2学时教学课程，依托“案例导入—分析决策—演示练习—总结反思”的标准化教学流程，融合以问题为导向教学、示范教学及小组实操训练等多种教学模式，重点培养学员的中医辨证施护思维与手法排痰实操能力。教学结果显示，学员可准确把握痰热壅肺证辨证要点，规范完成背部拍击、辅助催咳等排痰操作。案例教学法可有效激发学员学习主动性，促进中医理论与中医护理技术的有机融合，切实提升学员的临床思辨与问题处置能力。

Abstract

This paper explores the application effect of case-based teaching method in the teaching of TCM nursing technique of manual sputum elimination. Taking a real nursing case of a child patient with pneumonic cough and dyspnea of phlegm heat obstructing lung syndrome as the teaching carrier， a 2-hour teaching course is designed. Relying on the standardized teaching procedure of "case introduction—analysis and decision-making—demonstration and practice—summary and reflection"， multiple teaching modes including problem-based learning， demonstration teaching and group practical training are integrated to focus on cultivating trainees' thinking of syndrome differentiation-based nursing and practical operation ability of manual sputum elimination. The teaching results show that trainees can accurately grasp the key points of syndrome differentiation for phlegm heat obstructing lung syndrome and standardly complete sputum elimination operations such as back percussion and assisted cough induction. The case-based teaching method can effectively stimulate trainees' learning initiative， promote the organic integration of TCM theories and TCM nursing techniques， and substantially improve trainees' clinical critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
