摘要

目的

总结1例急性脑血管病静脉溶栓后合并2型糖尿病、高脂血症、脂肪肝患者的综合护理经验。

方法

回顾性分析该患者的临床资料，结合其中风病风痰阻络的中医证型、静脉溶栓术后状态及多项基础疾病情况，落实溶栓后专项病情监测、精细化血糖管控等全套护理措施。

结果

经过系统规范的治疗与护理，患者生命体征持续平稳，神经功能缺损症状显著改善，美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分维持在1分，病情恢复良好。

结论

针对急性脑血管病静脉溶栓后合并多种代谢性基础疾病的患者，实施精准化、个体化的综合护理方案，可有效改善患者预后。

Abstract

Objective

To summarize the comprehensive nursing experience of managing a patient with acute cerebrovascular disease accompanied by type 2 diabetes mellitus， hyperlipidemia， and fatty liver following intravenous thrombolysis.

Methods

The clinical data of the patient were retrospectively analyzed. Based on the TCM syndrome pattern of stroke characterized by wind-phlegm obstruction of the collaterals， the post-thrombolysis status， and multiple underlying comorbidities， a complete set of nursing measures was implemented， including specialized post-thrombolysis monitoring and refined glycemic control.

Results

Following systematic and standardized treatment and nursing care， the patient's vital signs remained stable， neurological deficit symptoms improved significantly， the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS） score was maintained at 1 point， and the overall condition recovered favorably.

Conclusion

For patients with acute cerebrovascular disease following intravenous thrombolysis complicated by multiple metabolic underlying diseases， the implementation of a precise and individualized comprehensive nursing protocol can effectively improve patient prognosis.
