摘要

本文总结1例脏腑推拿联合火龙罐综合灸治疗伴躯体症状中度抑郁发作患者的护理经验。患者入院后完成全面护理评估，医护团队基于中医辨证结果，在常规药物治疗与精神科基础护理之上，应用脏腑推拿联合火龙罐综合灸进行干预。经过系统治疗，患者抑郁情绪明显改善，睡眠质量提升，躯体化症状显著缓解，生活质量得到提高。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of caring for a patient with moderate depressive episode accompanied by somatic symptoms treated with Zang-fu Tuina combined with Fire Dragon Pot comprehensive moxibustion. The patient received a comprehensive nursing assessment upon admission. Based on the findings of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation， the medical and nursing team delivered the intervention of Zang-fu Tuina combined with Fire Dragon Pot comprehensive moxibustion as an add-on to conventional pharmacotherapy and basic psychiatric nursing. After systematic treatment， the patient achieved significant improvement in depressive mood， enhanced sleep quality， marked relief of somatization symptoms， and elevated quality of life.
