摘要

本文总结基于“肺脾同调”理论，运用耳穴疗法联合温阳罐治疗1例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的护理经验。通过耳穴疗法联合温阳罐温肺健脾，刺激局部腧穴以激发经气、疏通经络、调节全身气血，可促进脏腑功能恢复，改善临床症状，护理效果较好。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying auricular point therapy combined with warming-yang cupping to treat a patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） based on the "Lung-Spleen Concurrent Regulation" theory. By integrating auricular point therapy with warming-yang cupping to warm the lungs and strengthen the spleen， local acupoints were stimulated to activate meridian qi， unblock the collaterals， and regulate qi and blood throughout the body. This approach promoted the recovery of zang-fu organ function， alleviated clinical symptoms， and yielded favorable nursing outcomes.
