摘要

缺血性脑梗死阴虚动风证恢复期患者常伴肢体拘挛及焦虑抑郁症状，常规护理存在身心干预脱节的问题。本文选取1例71岁患者，在基础治疗上联合李春模式叙事护理与滋阴熄风类中医辨证施护，同步开展心理重构、经络外治、分期康复及风险防护。干预两周后，患者焦虑抑郁评分回归正常，肢体运动功能、生活自理能力与康复依从性均显著改善，未发生护理不良事件。该模式践行中医形神共养思想，实现身心同调，疗效确切，可为同类卒中患者的中西医结合整体护理提供实践参考。

Abstract

Patients recovering from ischemic cerebral infarction with the Yin deficiency wind-stirring pattern frequently present with limb spasm and comorbid anxiety-depressive symptoms， while conventional nursing care tends to entail a disconnection between physical and psychological interventions. This report describes a 71-year-old patient who， on the basis of standard treatment， received the Li Chun model of narrative nursing in conjunction with TCM syndrome differentiation-based care for nourishing Yin and extinguishing wind. Psychosocial restructuring， external meridian-based therapies， staged rehabilitation， and risk prevention were implemented in a coordinated manner. Following two weeks of intervention， the patient's anxiety and depression scores returned to normal ranges， with marked improvements in limb motor function， self-care ability， and rehabilitation adherence. No nursing-related adverse events occurred. This model embodies the TCM concept of "nurturing both body and spirit"， achieves simultaneous regulation of physical and psychological well-being， and demonstrates definitive therapeutic efficacy， thereby providing a practical reference for integrated TCM-Western medicine holistic nursing in stroke patients with similar conditions.
