摘要

本文总结1例过敏性鼻炎患者行全息刮痧联合耳穴疗法治疗的效果观察及护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，在完善护理评估的基础上，实施全息刮痧联合耳穴疗法治疗，配合生活起居护理、饮食护理及情志护理干预后，患者打喷嚏、流鼻涕、鼻塞及鼻痒症状明显缓解。该方案不良反应少、安全性高，可优化单一治疗方案，属于个性化组合疗法，具备可操作性强等优势，适合临床推广应用。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the observation on therapeutic effects and nursing experience of holographic scraping combined with auricular therapy in treating one patient with allergic rhinitis. Based on the theoretical framework of TCM syndrome differentiation and individualized nursing， a comprehensive nursing assessment was completed， after which holographic scraping combined with auricular therapy was implemented， along with nursing interventions including daily life regulation， dietary guidance， and emotional care. Following the intervention， the patient's symptoms of sneezing， rhinorrhea， nasal congestion， and nasal itching were significantly relieved. This protocol demonstrates favorable safety with few adverse reactions， optimizes the limitations of single-modality treatment， represents a personalized combination therapy， and offers strong operability， making it suitable for clinical application and promotion.
