摘要

目的

医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤（MARSI）是临床上一类常见却不被重视的医源性皮肤损伤，是多种因素共同作用的结果。本文总结1例MARSI患者的护理经验。根据患者的实际问题和PIPOST原则，提出焦点问题，检索医学文献数据库，确定MARSI的最佳循证护理实践方案。基于循证护理MARSI的效果突出，能够改善患者皮肤状况，提高患者生活质量。分析MARSI相关影响因素，能够为预防和护理MARSI及提高患者舒适度提供合理依据。

Abstract

Medical adhesive-related skin injury （MARSI） is a prevalent and under-reported iatrogenic injury that compromises the skin's integrity， and the causes of MARSI are complicated which are composed by many factors. This paper summarized the experience of nursing for a patient with MARSI. According to the practical issues and the principle of PIPOST， key problems were put forward， medical literature databases were searched， and the best evidence-based nursing practice plan for medical adhesive related skin injuries was determined. The implementation of evidence-based nursing was effective to improve the patient’s skin condition and quality of life. Analysis of influencing factors of MARSI could provide reasonable basis for preventing MARSI and improve patient comfort.
