摘要

总结耳穴压丸治疗1例慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者失眠的效果和护理经验。在完善护理评估的基础上，采用中医耳穴压丸治疗，同时加强患者心理护理和饮食护理。中医耳穴压丸治疗能有效改善慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者的睡眠质量，而操作简单、不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

To summarize the experience of auricular acupoint pressing therapy and nursing measures for insomnia in a patient undergoing hemodialysis for chronic renal failure. Based on a comprehensive nursing assessment， the Traditional Chinese Medicine auricular acupoint pressing therapy was adopted， and related nursing interventions on psychological health and diet were carried out. Auricular acupoint pressing therapy is potentially effective to relieve the insomnia symptom and improve the sleep quality of the patient undergoing hemodialysis for chronic renal failure. It is easy-to-operate and relatively safe in clinical practice.
