摘要

总结 1例慢性肾衰竭患者的医护一体化中医护理查房实践经验。分析患者临床资料，由责任护士汇报病例，医生分析病情，医护联合对重点护理内容进行讨论，协同制定护理措施。通过医护一体化查房，医护之间专业互补，达到实施整体护理的效果。

Abstract

This paper summarized the experience of implementation of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing ward rounds based on the doctor-nurse integration model for a patient with chronic renal failure. Based on the analysis of patient’s clinical data， a case report was conducted by the charge nurse. The physicians and nurses communicated and work together to determine key issues in nursing and create a nursing care plan. The doctor-nurse integration model can bridge the gaps in profession and has complementary advantages in TCM nursing ward rounds for patients with chronic renal failure.
