摘要

本文总结耳穴压丸联合穴位贴敷治疗1例瓦伦伯格综合征患者眩晕症状的效果及护理经验。在生活护理、心理护理、饮食护理、用药护理、康复护理等常规护理措施基础上，通过中医辨证施护，采用中医特色技术耳穴压丸、穴位贴敷配合手法治疗，能够有效改善患者的眩晕症状，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This paper observed the effect of auricular acupoint pressing combined with acupoint application in the treatment of vertigo in a patient with Wallenberg syndrome， and summarized related nursing measures. The patient received routine nursing interventions on daily living， psychological health， nutrition and rehabilitation. Based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing by syndrome differentiation， auricular point pressing combined with acupoint application was adopted to relive the vertigo symptom and improve the patient’s quality of life.
