摘要

本文总结神阙穴外用藿香正气水和红外线照射治疗1例术后恶心呕吐的效果和中医特色护理措施。通过中医辨证理论的指导，给予患者神阙穴外用藿香正气水联合红外线照射治疗，治疗期间加强情志护理和饮食指导，能够有效缓解术后恶心呕吐症状，提升患者术后舒适度，促进术后康复。

Abstract

This paper summarized the outcomes and nursing management for a patient with postoperative nausea and vomiting treated with external application of Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid combined with infrared radiation at Shenque acupoint（RN8）. Under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation theory， the external application of Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid combined with infrared radiation at Shenque acupoint （RN8） were carried out， and efforts were made to enhance the emotional care and nutrition support during the treatment. The external application of Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid combined with infrared radiation at Shenque acupoint is effective to relieve the postoperative nausea and vomiting and improve the recovery of the patient.
