摘要

本文回顾 1例扁桃体淋巴瘤患者应用中药膏摩联合中药湿热敷治疗的护理体会。在完善护理评估和常规护理基础上，给予患者中药膏摩联合中药湿热敷治疗，以改善患者淋巴瘤症状。干预后患者疼痛、肿胀明显好转，疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）由6分降至0分。中药膏摩联合中药湿热敷作用直接、效果明显、无不良反应，对促进患者康复具有积极意义。

Abstract

This paper reviewed the nursing experience of a patient with tonsil lymphoma treated with Chinese herbal medicine hot-humid compress combined with Chinese herbal medicine ointment rubbing therapy. On the basis of nursing assessment and routine care， the patient was given Chinese herbal medicine hot-humid compress combined with Chinese herbal medicine ointment rubbing therapy to improve the lymphoma symptoms. After the intervention， the pain and swelling were significantly improved， and the Visual Analogue Scale of pain score decreased from 6 to 0. The combination of Chinese herbal medicine hot-humid compress combined with Chinese herbal medicine ointment rubbing is an effective intervention on relief of symptoms of tonsil lymphoma， without adverse reactions.
