摘要

总结1例原发性醛固酮增多症患者经腹膜后途径二次腹腔镜手术的护理要点。术前加强对高血压和低血钾的管理和干预，做好脑出血、脑灌注不足、心力衰竭、跌倒的应急处理，制定个性化饮食方案和心理指导；术后加强出血、休克的观察及预防，以及改良式引流管的护理。

Abstract

This paper summarized the key points of nursing in a patient with primary aldosteronism requiring second operation of retroperitoneal laparoscopy. Nursing key points were as follows： preoperative management and intervention on hypertension and hypokalemia， emergency treatment for cerebral hemorrhage， cerebral hypoperfusion， heart failure and falls， personalized diet plan， psychological guidance， observation and prevention of postoperative bleeding and shock， and improvement of drainage tube maintenance.
