摘要

本文总结1例急性A型主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者手术治疗后二次开胸探查止血的围手术期护理要点。术前应做好疼痛的观察及护理，控制血压在适当水平，控制心率，观察外周血管搏动等，做好患者心理护理。术后应要重视患者神经系统的监测，维持血流动力学的稳定，加强出血的观察及护理，预防与判断心脏压塞的发生，严格无菌操作，防止交叉感染，及时处理各种报警以及感染预防等。

Abstract

This paper summarized the perioperative nursing management for a patient undergoing secondary exploratory sternotomy for postoperative bleeding following surgery for Stanford type A acute aortic dissection. Key issues of pre-surgical nursing management were pain inspection and care， blood pressure stabilization， heart rate control， peripheral circulation observation， and psychological support. Main tasks of post-surgical nursing were nervous system and hemodynamic monitoring， bleeding drainage observation and management， prevention and judgement of cardiac tamponade， reactions to alarming events， and precautions against infection. In addition， every manipulation should be done aseptically to prevent cross contamination.
