Application of individualized nursing plan based on comprehensive geriatric assessment for an elderly female patient with stroke complicated with anxiety and depression
This paper reviewed the clinical data of an elderly female patient with stroke complicated with anxiety and depression, and summarized the practice of individualized nursing plan based on comprehensive geriatric assessment (CGA). Targeted interventions including health education, psychological nursing, diet nursing, medication nursing and rehabilitation nursing were carried out to relieve the anxiety and depression states, and improve patient’s sleep quality and activity of daily living.
