摘要

本文总结 1 例肛周化脓性汗腺炎患者的术后护理经验。此病在临床上较少见，其治疗的关键是彻底清创引流术，切除坏死组织，术后给予肛周换药冲洗治疗。通过实施详细的护理计划，给与创面护理、中医特色护理、体位护理、疼痛护理、饮食护理、情志护理以及健康指导等护理干预措施，有效预防术后并发症的发生，促进患者的早日康复。

Abstract

This article summarized the postoperative nursing experience of one case of perianal suppurative sweat gland inﬂammation. The key to the treatment of this rare disease is complete debridement and drainage， which is removing the necrotic tissue and irrigating the wound after the opration. We can effectively prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications through making a detailed nursing plan， giving wound care and characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine. Also we should arrange for the postural nursing， pain care， dietetic nursing， emotional care and giving health advices to promote the rehabilitation.
