摘要

本文总结1例脓毒症合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）患者的护理经验。护理要点包括：患者严重低氧血症，采取俯卧位通气，体外膜肺氧合（ECMO）联合连续肾脏替代疗法（CRRT）的护理；患者组织灌注不足，采取稳定血流动力学的相关护理；精准实施抗凝管理，降低出血或栓塞的风险；早期渐进性康复训练，促进患者康复，进行延续性康复护理；全程心理疏导，缓解患者及其家庭成员的负面情绪。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with sepsis combined with acute respiratory distress syndrome（ARDS）. Given the severe hypoxemia of the patient， prone position ventilation， extracorporeal membrane oxygenation （ECMO） combined with continuous renal replacement therapy （CRRT） and related nursing management were carried out jointly. Interventions and nursing for stabilizing hemodynamics were carried out to relieve hypoperfusion. Anticoagulation management was carried out to reduce the risk of bleeding or embolism. Early and progressive rehabilitation training and continuous rehabilitation care were provided to improve the recovery of the patient recovery. In addition， whole process of psychological counseling was implemented to relieve negative emotions for patients and their family members
