摘要

总结Marshall静脉无水乙醇消融联合射频消融术治疗1例持续房颤的手术配合及护理体会。包括术前病例分析和评估、手术方式的选择、术中配合等。完善周密的围手术期护理和简洁精准的手术配合是手术成功的基础，同时该手术的护理配合也完善了介入护士的综合能力的培养。

Abstract

To summarize the surgical cooperation and care experience of Marshall intravenous anhydrous ethanol ablation combined with radiofrequency ablation in a case of persistent atrial fibrillation. It includes preoperative case analysis and assessment， selection of surgical approach and intraoperative cooperation. Perfect and thorough perioperative care and concise and precise surgical coordination are the basis of successful surgery. The procedure also completes the development of comprehensive skills of interventional nurses.
