摘要

本文选取一例缺血性中风患者住院期间患者鼻胃管进行肠内营养，后因胃潴留、间断呃逆等症状。遵医嘱给予幽门后喂养。由于患者在住院期间发生过1次消化道出血。避免多次置管操作导致患者再次出血，根据文献显示，在盲插鼻肠管前给予中医适宜技术进行干预，可大大提升置管成功率，本文中患者使用中医适宜技术干预后一次性置管成功，营养指标上有明显改善，现将此例病例记录如下。

Abstract

In this paper， we selected a patient with ischemic stroke who received enteral nutrition through nasogastric tube during hospitalization， and then suffered from gastric retention， intermittent hiccup and other symptoms. Follow the doctor's advice to give post pyloric feeding. Because the patient had gastrointestinal bleeding once during hospitalization. To avoid repeated catheterization operations leading to patient bleeding again， according to the literature， intervention with appropriate techniques of Chinese medicine before blind nasointestinal tube insertion can greatly improve the success rate of catheterization. In this article， the patient successfully placed the tube once after using appropriate techniques of Chinese medicine， and the nutritional indicators have been significantly improved. Now this case is recorded as follows.
