摘要

本文以1例终末期外阴癌患者的安宁疗护实践为例，探讨癌症终末期患者疼痛控制、外阴癌伤口的护理及患者家属因疾病造成的心里痛苦，通过上述问题的有效护理，患者的舒适度较前明显提高，患者及家属积极面对疾病过程，为今后外阴癌患者护理提供参考。

Abstract

This paper takes the hospice care practice of a patient with end-stage vulvar cancer as an example，Discussion on pain control of patients with end-stage cancer、Nursing care of vulvar cancer wound and mental pain caused by disease in family members of patients，Through the effective nursing of the above problems，The comfort of patients is significantly higher than before，Patients and their families actively face the disease process，To provide reference for nursing care of patients with vulvar cancer in the future.
