摘要

本文总结1例手术室护士在日常工作中发生HIV职业暴露后，通过为其提供及时有效的暴露后预防（PEP）、心理危机干预及服药期间的心理支持、依从性教育、随访检测等服务，注重解决服药过程中出现的相关问题，减缓焦虑情绪，提升医务人员的应对能力以及自我心理调节能力，为医务人员发生HIV职业暴露后阻断成功提供保障。

Abstract

This paper summarized a case of operating room nurse who occurred HIV occupational exposure in daily work with effective HIV post-exposure prophylaxis （PEP）. Comprehensive interventions such as psychological crisis intervention and psychological support， compliance education， detection， and follow-up during medication were carried out. At the same time， efforts were carried out to solve patient’s problems that occurred during medication and relieve the anxiety state of the patient. Capability to respond to infectious diseases and self mental regulation ability of medical staff were enhanced， in order to provide guarantee for the successful interruption of HIV occupational exposure.
