摘要

本文总结1例老年缺血性中风伴糖尿病患者应用耳穴贴压的治疗肢体无力的效果和护理经验。在完善饮食护理、心理调适、健康指导等常规护理的基础上，给予耳穴贴压治疗，并根据疾病和患者的特点，采用相应的护理措施。耳穴贴压治疗能够有效缓解患者肢体麻木，且该方法具有不良反应小、安全性高等优势，患者易于接受。

Abstract

This paper summarized the effect and nursing experience of auricular point application in the treatment of limb weakness in an elderly patient with ischemic stroke and diabetes. On the basis of improving diet nursing， psychological adjustment， health guidance and other routine nursing， auricular point sticking and pressing therapy was given， and corresponding nursing measures were adopted according to the characteristics of the disease and patients. Auricular plaster therapy can effectively relieve limb numbness of patients， and this method has the advantages of small adverse reactions， high safety， and is easy for patients to accept.
