摘要

心肌梗死是我国死亡率最高的疾病之一，发病急，进展快，有些患者心肌梗死症状不典型，在急诊预检分诊中很难鉴别。本文总结了1例不典型心肌梗死患者，通过智能化预检分诊系统工具以及分诊护士“望、闻、问、切”等病情分级，早期快速识别并启动心肌梗死绿色通道，为患者争取抢救时间。

Abstract

Myocardial infarction is one of the highest mortality diseases in China， with rapid onset and rapid progress. Some myocardial infarction symptoms are atypical， so it is difficult to identify in the emergency pre-examination and triage. This paper summarized a case of atypical myocardial infarction patient who had a chief complaint of throat pain. Assisted by the intelligent pre-detection and triage system tools and condition classification methods of “look， smell， ask and triage”， early and rapid identification and triage of atypical myocardial infarction was conducted， and green channel of myocardial infarction was activated， for shortening rescue time of patients.
