摘要

本文总结耳穴贴压联合中药热奄包技术在1例多指完全离断伤患者行腹部包埋术后治疗中的护理体会。在运用耳穴贴压、热奄包技术加以干预后，患者术后疼痛、失眠、便秘症状明显改善，促进患者康复，提高生活质量。耳穴贴压、中药热奄包技术操作简单、使用范围广、疗效显著、不良反应小、患者易接受。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of auricular point sticking combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot election package technology in the treatment of a patient with multiple finger complete separation injury after abdominal embedding. After the intervention of auricular point sticking and hot election package technology， the symptoms of postoperative pain， insomnia and constipation were significantly improved， which delayed the development of the disease and improved the quality of life. Auricular point sticking， TCM hot election package technology is simple to operate， wide range of use， significant curative effect， small adverse reactions， and easy to accept by patients.
