摘要

介绍1例多发性骨髓瘤患者静点两性霉素B发生静脉炎的中西医结合护理。留置针静脉滴注两性霉素B，穿刺部位沿静脉走行出现条索状红肿，伴局部疼痛。给予用药护理、皮肤护理（硫酸镁湿敷、退热贴冷敷、全蝎膏及喜辽妥交替涂擦按摩），结合辨证施护措施。经护理后患者穿刺部位红肿消失，疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）由5分降至3分。静脉滴注两性霉素B发生静脉炎，应用全蝎膏和喜辽妥中西两种膏剂交替皮肤涂擦，施以中医特色技术摩法结合中医辨证护理的中西医结合护理方法值得推广和研究。

Abstract

To introduce the nursing of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine for phlebitis in a case of multiple myeloma with Amphotericin B by intravenous drip. Amphotericin B applied by indwelling needle， patients manifested redness and swelling at the puncture site along the vein， accompanied with local pain. Medication administration nursing、skin care （wet compress with magnesium sulfate， cold compress with antipyretic paste， by alternatively rubbing with Quan Xie ointment and Hirudoid），combine the differentiation nursing. Result Shows the symptoms of redness and swelling at the puncture site are disappeared， and the（VAS） score decreased from 5 to 3. To discuss the phlebitis caused by intravenous injection with Amphotericin B， applying Quau Xie ointment，and Hirudoid by alternating rubbing， meanwhile using Traditional Chinese special technique by Traditional Chinese differentiation nursing measure， the integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine is worthy of promotion and research.
