摘要

本文总结1例中药膏摩联合早期康复治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征患者的护理效果及经验，包括护理评估、康复锻炼及中药膏摩技术的操作方法等，通过早期康复锻炼和中药膏摩活血化瘀，患者肩手综合征症状明显改善，有效促进了患者康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing effect and experience of Chinese herbal medicine ointment and massage with early rehabilitation for a patient with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome， including nursing assessment， rehabilitation exercise and operation methods of traditional Chinese herbal ointment. Through early rehabilitation and Chinese herbal medicine ointment for activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis， the patient's symptoms of shoulder hand syndrome were significantly improved， which effectively promoted the patient's recovery.
