Nursing care of an elderly patient with cancer chemotherapy suffering from medical adhesive related skin injury after PICC catheterization增强出版
To summarize the nursing process of medical adhesive related skin injury after PICC catheterization in an elderly cancer patient undergoing chemotherapy. Key points of care include: By observing the local skin drainage, broken area, damage degree, damage properties and skin temperature, dermatology consultation, catheter secretion cultivation, static therapy group consultation, after PICC positive treatment, rational drug use, carefully making treatment plan, psychological nursing, catheter nursing, pain nursing, health education, patients with skin lesions heal chemotherapy after hospital discharge, At the same time, the PICC maintenance and precautions guidance should be strengthened after discharge.
