摘要

本文总结1例采用艾灸促进腹腔镜下直肠癌术后腹胀患者胃肠功能恢复的护理经验。基于中医基础理论，对中脘、天枢、神阙、足三里等相应俞穴进行艾灸，同时配合常规护理措施，有助于改善腹胀症状，促进排气，加快胃肠功能恢复。

Abstract

A case of abdominal distension treated by moxibustion after laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery was reported. The patient was treated with moxibustion at Zhongwan， Tianshu， Shenque， Zusanli and other corresponding Shu points. Moxibustion therapy combined with routine care was effective in restoring gastrointestinal motility after laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery， and it is a clinical technique worth promoting.
