摘要

腺样体肥大是儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征最常见的病因，严重者常引起全身病症，导致患儿发育和营养状态不良。临床单独使用中医外治法治疗儿童腺样体肥大的案例不多。本文分析耳穴贴压联合铜砭刮痧治疗1例鼻窒（腺样体肥大）患儿的干预效果，并总结相关护理经验。在完善护理评估的基础上，单纯应用耳穴贴压联合铜砭刮痧中医护理技术，能够有效缓解患儿的临床症状、改善睡眠、提高生活质量。且此项操作简洁、副作用少，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Adenoid hypertrophy is the most common cause of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in children. In severe cases， it often leads to systemic symptoms， resulting in poor development and nutritional status. There are few cases of adenoid hypertrophy in children treated by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine alone. This paper analyzes the intervention effect of auricular acupoint pressing and scraping in the treatment of a child with adenoid hypertrophy， and summarizes the related nursing experience. On the basis of improving the nursing evaluation， The pure application TCM nursing technology of auricular acupoint pressing and scraping can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms， improve sleep and improve the quality of life of the child. Moreover， the operation is easy-to-operate and relatively safe in clinical practice， which is worthy of clinical application.
