摘要

本文总结1例混合痔合并便秘患者术后中西医结合治疗对排便的护理干预及护理便秘的经验，包括护理评估和中医特色护理技术在混合痔伤口恢复各阶段对预期排便管理。通过科学的评估，辨证施护，针对患者进行个性化护理干预，能有效避免患者术后便秘，造成痔核脱落出血，减轻痛苦，及恢复期防止肛门狭窄，促进伤口的愈合。

Abstract

This paper summarized the experience of nursing intervention and constipation care of a patient with hemorrhoids and constipation treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine after operation， including nursing evaluation and management of expectant defecation in different stages of hemorrhoids wound recovery by nursing techniques with Chinese characteristics. Through scientific evaluation， nursing based on syndrome differentiation and individualized nursing intervention for patients， it can effectively avoid postoperative constipation of patients， cause hemorrhoids bleeding， reduce pain， prevent anal stenosis during recovery， and promote wound healing.
