摘要

本文总结了1例中风患者压力性损伤的中西医结合护理体会。在整体护理的基础上联合局部治疗，遵循TIME原则给予伤口换药同时联合中医外治法，辨证施护，改善局部气血运行，加速了压力性损伤的愈合。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for a stroke patient with pressure injuries. Based on the holistic nursing and local treatment， the TIME principle was used to guide the dressing change， and Tradition Chinese Medicine external treatment and nursing by syndrome differentiation was carried out to improve the blood circulation in local tissues and recovery of pressure injuries.
