摘要

本文总结皮内针治疗1例结肠癌术后患者腹泻的护理经验，包括一般护理，饮食指导，心理护理以及皮内针的操作方法和治疗原则。通过科学的评估，辨证取穴，针对患者的个体进行护理干预，能有效的缓解患者腹泻的症状，减轻痛苦，促进疾病的康复。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of intradermal acupuncture in the treatment of diarrhea in a postoperative patient with colon cancer， including general nursing， diet guidance， psychological nursing， and the operating method and treatment principle of intradermal acupuncture. Through scientific evaluation， acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation and nursing intervention aimed at individual patients can effectively relieve the symptoms of diarrhea， relieve pain and promote the recovery of the disease.
