摘要

总结中药热熨治疗1例中风后合并尿失禁患者的临床疗效和护理经验。中药热熨治疗中风后合并尿失禁患者具有较好的临床疗效，安全可靠，副作用小，促进了患者康复，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

To summarize the clinical effect and nursing experience of Chinese medicine hot ironing on a patient with urinary incontinence after stroke. Hot ironing with traditional Chinese medicine has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with urinary incontinence after stroke， which is safe and reliable， with few side effects， and promotes the rehabilitation of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
