摘要

本文总结中药膏摩联合手指点穴应用于1例慢性肾功能衰竭并发便秘患者的护理经验。在中医辩证护理理论指导下，采用中药膏摩联合手指点穴疗法，同时配合生活护理及情志护理等常规护理，能有效促进患者胃肠道蠕动，改善便秘症状。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with chronic renal failure complicated with constipation， who was treated with traditional Chinese medicinal （TCM） ointments and massage combined with finger acupoint-pressing. Guided by the theory of dialectical nursing care in traditional Chinese medicine， the combined use of Chinese Medicinal ointments and massage and finger acupoint-pressing therapy， together with routine nursing care such as living care and emotional care， can effectively promote the gastrointestinal peristalsis of patients and ameliorate the symptoms of constipation.
