摘要

本文总结1例脑卒中并发吞咽障碍预防误吸治疗与护理经验。在配合完成脑卒中基本治疗同时，护理人员给予患者鼻饲护理、生活起居护理及情志护理等干预措施，提高患者的护理效果，预防误吸的发生。

Abstract

This paper reviews the experience of aspiration prevention treatment and nursing of a case with stroke. While cooperating with the basic treatment of stroke， the nursing staff will give patients nasal feeding nursing， daily life nursing and emotional nursing and other intervention measures， to improve the nursing effect of patients and prevent the occurrence of aspiration.
