摘要

报告1例黄色葡萄球菌性肠源性感染致脓毒性休克合并急性肾损伤患者抗感染期护理。动态监测治疗过程中的感染指标、万古霉素的血药谷浓度、肾功能的变化，采取感染控制措施作为护理重点实施全程监护，最终患者病情好转后出院。

Abstract

To report the anti-infective therapy and nursing management for a patient with septic shock and acute kidney injury caused by intestinal infection by Staphylococcus aureus. Changes in the infection markers， blood trough concentration of vancomycin and renal function were dynamically monitored during the treatment. Infection control measures were adopted as the focus of nursing， and whole-course monitoring was carried out. Finally， the condition of patient was improved and the patient was discharged.
