摘要

本文总结1例无烟灸联合穴位贴敷加手指点穴治疗老年脾肾阳虚型抗生素相关性腹泻的护理经验，通过科学的评估，辨证取穴，开展针对性护理干预，可缓解腹泻症状，改善抗生素使用期间的不良反应，提高老年患者整体身体机能。
