Nursing of a patient with essential hypertension based on meridian flow and meridian differentiation
To explore the nursing effect of improving drowsiness symptoms in patients with essential hypertension based on meridian flow and meridian differentiation.
Methods
2
A patient with a history of hypertension and sleepiness in the past 20 years admitted to our hospital was included. On the basis of routine nursing, the intervention method of meridian flow and meridian differentiation was applied. Before and after nursing, edema, nutritional risk screening table score, Barthel index assessment detailed table score, self-rating Anxiety scale (SAS) score, Epworth Sleepiness scale (ESS) score were observed.
Results
2
After nursing, the excessive body fluid of the patient was improved, the body fluid returned to normal, and the edema of both lower limbs was significantly reduced. The score of nutritional risk screening table before and after nursing was 1. Before nursing, the score of ADL rating scale was 85, and after nursing, the score was 95. Before nursing, the SAS anxiety score was 56 points, and after nursing, the anxiety score was 47 points. The score of ESS scale was 15 points before nursing and 6 points after nursing. The patient's tongue coating improved significantly; Decreased drowsiness and normal bowel movements; The effect of improving systolic blood pressure was obvious
.
Conclusion
2
Timing moxibustion combined with scraping therapy based on meridian flow theory can reduce the level of systolic blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension, improve the clinical symptoms such as drowsiness, and improve the quality of life and compliance of patients.
