摘要

本文总结1例耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压丸治疗腰椎压缩性骨折患者便秘的护理体会。根据患者情况辨证分型，做好护理评估，根据证型运用中医特色技术耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压丸治疗，同时加强患者疼痛护理、运动指导、饮食护理、心理护理，能有效改善腰椎压缩性骨折患者便秘症状，减轻腹胀程度，减轻患者痛苦，提高生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of constipation a patient with lumbar compression fracture by auricular holography Tongbian scraping combined with auricular acupoint pressure therapy. According to the syndrome differentiation classification of the patient， nursing evaluation should be done well. According to the syndrome type， the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristic technology of auricular holographic Tongbian scraping combined with auricular acupoint pressure therapy， while strengthening the pain control， exercise guidance， diet nursing and psychological nursing can effectively improve the constipation symptoms of the patient with lumbar compression fracture， reduce the degree of abdominal distension， reduce the pain， and improve the quality of life.
