摘要

本文总结基于1例肺部感染患者开展的案例教学法（CBL）的护理教学体会，实施步骤是先讲授式学习理论知识，然后发放案例资料并提出临床护理问题，在学生系统查询资料后组织讨论，最后由主带教进行课后总结。通过理论知识授课，课前准备，课中讨论，课后总结的案例教学方式，使得学生对肺部感染患者的临床护理有了更深的理解，能够有效提升学生分析与解决问题的能力，帮助学生将课程理论与实践相结合的最佳教学方法。

Abstract

To explore the application of case teaching method in clinical nursing teaching based on the case report of a patient with pulmonary infection. In this paper， the case teaching of clinical nursing using a case report of pulmonary infection was carried out. The implementation steps were： initially learning theoretical knowledge by teaching， then distributing case data and putting forward clinical nursing problems， organizing discussion after students systematically inquiring data， and finally summarizing after class by the main teacher. The case teaching method of theoretical knowledge teaching， preparation before class， discussion in class and summary after class can make students have a deeper understanding of clinical nursing of patients with lung infection， effectively improve students' ability to analyze and solve problems， and help students combine curriculum theory with practice as the best teaching method.
