摘要

本文总结循经铜砭刮痧对1例风寒湿痹证腰椎间盘突出护理经验，包括护理评估、刮痧取穴、刮痧操作方法、刮痧注意事项以及健康宣教等。根据中医辨证，在相应部位采用刮痧技术，患者的临床症状明显得到缓解。刮痧技术绿色、安全、无副作用、易为接受。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a case of lumbar disc herniation with wind cold dampness syndrome treated with copper needle scraping along the meridian， including nursing evaluation， acupoint selection， scraping operation methods， scraping precautions and health education. According to the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine， the clinical symptoms of the patients were obviously relieved by scraping at the corresponding parts. Scraping technology is green， safe， no side effects， and easy to accept.
