摘要

本文总结1例干眼症患者采用雷火灸治疗的护理经验，包括护理评估、眼部雷火灸操作方法、注意事项以及健康宣教等。基于中医辨证施护理论指导，釆取眼部雷火灸配合穴位按摩技术，能够有效缓解患者干眼不适症状，促进泪液分泌，提升及确保患者眼视力及眼健康。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with dry eye treated with Thunder-fire moxibustion， including nursing evaluation， operation methods of Thunder-fire moxibustion， matters needing attention and health education. Based on the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing theory， thunder moxibustion technology can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with dry eyes， help them improve their symptoms and ensure their eyesight and eye health.
