摘要

本文总结1例心阳虚型慢性心力衰竭患者住院期间运用中药足浴技术辅助治疗的护理经验，在充分护理评估、落实常规护理的基础上，基于辨证施治理论实施中药足浴护理技术，能有效缓解慢性心力衰竭患者症状，改善预后。

Abstract

This paper summarized the Traditional Chinese Medicine foot bath treatment and nursing management for a case of chronic heart failure with deficiency of Heart-Yang. Based on the comprehensive nursing assessment and implementation of conventional nursing care， Traditional Chinese Medicine foot bath treatment by syndrome differentiation was carried out to alleviate the symptoms of the patients with chronic heart failure and improve the prognosis.
