摘要

本文总结1例老年习惯性便秘患者行天灸技术治疗的护理经验，包括天灸的药方组成、操作方法、注意事项以及饮食、生活等常规护理。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采取针对性措施，老年习惯性便秘的症状明显改善。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of an elderly patient receiving medicinal vesiculation treatment for habitual constipation， including the prescription composition， operation methods， matters needing attention and diet and life routine nursing. Under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing theory， targeted measures were taken， and the symptoms of habitual constipation in the elderly were significantly improved.
